(EMAILWIRE.COM, November 10, 2006 ) LOS ANGELES – Colorful mixed martial arts champion Tito (“The Huntington Beach Bad Boy”) Ortiz will teach a seminar hosted by Wolfpack Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on November 11th in Rockwall, Texas just east of Dallas. Ortiz will focus on all areas in mixed martial arts (MMA), including striking, takedowns, grappling and even nutrition. The seminar is open to all and is a rare opportunity for fans and professional fighters alike.

As one of the recognizable stars of the Ultimate Fighting Competition organization, Ortiz is known as a knowledgeable fighter and spectacular showman. Ortiz defeated long-time rival Ken Shamrock in a 2 minute 23 second bout on October 10th. Ortiz has appeared on the covers of many magazines and has recently made news because of his relationship with adult film star Jenna Jameson.

Ortiz is currently training to reclaim the UFC Light Heavyweight title from Chuck Liddell in a championship bout scheduled to take place December 30th. As the world’s leading mixed martial arts sports association, the UFC features live events, televised productions and strives to expand recognition of MMA as a sport.
