Love Emerges Victorious In ‘Sex and Politics’ Poll From Adultfriendfinder.Com

(EMAILWIRE.COM, October 17, 2006 ) PALO ALTO, CALIFORNIA – Men and women agree that love trumps politics when it comes to sex, according to a recent poll of more than 2,300 men and women conducted by AdultFriendFinder.com, a leading online dating site.

The question posed in the interactive poll was: “Can you get romantic with someone who is a member of the opposite political party?” A total of 60 percent said “sure.” More than a quarter of those polled said “Yes, but only for sex and not a real relationship.” Each of the following choices received votes from four percent of respondents: “No, I’d run as soon as I found out they were on the ‘wrong’ side,’” “No, we would argue too much,” and “Yes, if I thought I could convert them to my party.”
