(EMAILWIRE.COM, May 29, 2003 ) NEWTOWN, Pa.-- ICT GROUP, INC. (NASDAQ: ICTG), a leading global provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, today announced that Martin Puttock has been named Managing Director of ICT Europe, the Company's
International Services business unit providing multilingual sales and
service support for clients in Europe.

In this position, Mr. Puttock will be responsible for managing the strategic sales and business development of ICT Europe as well as overseeing all operations, client services and IT management functions for the unit's European facilities in Uxbridge, U.K., Dublin, Belmullet and Athlone, Ireland.

In total, more than 650 management personnel and customer sales and service representatives (CSRs) are currently employed at these facilities.

Mr. Puttock has more than 20 years' experience in strategic sales, marketing and operations management. Prior to joining ICT GROUP, he most recently served as European Sales Director for VISTA Computer Services, a leading supplier of CRM, Enterprise Resource Planning and Business Intelligence solutions for the media and publishing industry.

Previously, as Director of European Operations for Silvon Software Ltd., Mr. Puttock led the development and execution of various sales, channel, alliance and marketing management initiatives for two product lines across the EMEA market, as well as overseeing the consulting, administration, marketing and human resources functions of that company.

Mr. Puttock has also previously held senior sales and marketing management positions, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing for INTECO, a leading European market research company specializing in the IT and telecommunications markets, and a series of progressively senior sales positions for Mannesmann Information Systems, a major European provider of automated business systems.

In these positions, he had worked with key clients in the financial/banking, insurance, telecommunications and IT industries across France, Germany, Spain and Switzerland. Additionally, during his tenure at INTECO, he was responsible for establishing and managing a network of distributors in Japan and Korea.

Mr. Puttock has a BA degree from the University of Bristol and he is a member of the European Direct Marketing Association (EDMA). He will be working from the ICT Europe office in Uxbridge, U.K., and reporting directly to Jack Kerins, President of ICT International Services, who is based at ICT GROUP's global corporate headquarters in
the U.S.
