GTESS Board of Directors Appoints Deborah M. Gage President & Chief Executive Officer
(EMAILWIRE.COM, September 11, 2002 ) The board of directors of GTESS Corporation on September 10 announced that it has appointed Deborah M. Gage as president and chief executive officer. Ms. Gage will also hold a seat on the GTESS board. Her appointment will take effect immediately.

Ms. Gage is a veteran of business start-ups, most recently as president and CEO of RosettaMed, Inc., a Houston-based start-up providing physician-patient connectivity. Prior to this she was founder, president and CEO of Solution Point, a business she founded to provide marketing information systems to healthcare technology companies. Ms. Gage has also held high-level management positions at CareStream Corporation (a division of FoxMeyer) and The MEDSTAT Group. She earned a master's in business administration degree from the Michigan Business School and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan.
The GTESS Board also thanked John E. Taylor, Jr., the company's former interim president and CEO for his significant efforts to advance the company's position in the healthcare industry. Mr. Taylor is the managing director of SnowMark, a Vero Beach, Florida-based venture capital firm and a shareholder in GTESS Corporation.
