(EMAILWIRE.COM, June 21, 2006 ) Vancouver, Canada -- ESO Uranium Corp. (“ESO” or “the Company”) announces that it has completed an airborne geophysical survey on a portion of its 100% owned Eastern Athabasca Basin claims.

Fugro Airborne Surveys Corp., utilizing their advanced Megatem© IV System, completed the survey consisting of approximately 3600 line km, with a spacing of 400 meters.

The purpose of the survey was to define conductors and structures that may be related to favorable environments for the location of uranium mineralization at or near the base of the Athabasca Basin sedimentary rocks. The sedimentary rocks are relatively transparent to the airborne geophysical survey and permit a good response from conductors that could be deeper than 600 meters.

It is known that clay alteration plumes are associated with uranium mineralization and form markers rising several hundreds of meters into the sedimentary rocks above some of the larger deposits. This clay alteration can be strong enough to show a resistivity contrast that can be mapped by the airborne geophysical survey. Identification of such anomalies will allow follow-up work after the survey to be focused in more prospective areas related to hydrothermal activity and possibly uranium mineralization.

The Company further announces the resignation of Peter Christopher as a director of the company and wishes to thank him for his contribution.
