increasing self-confidence, improving communications skills, strengthening leadership skills, enhance memory, discover ways to solve problems, become a better listener, develop enthusiasm and gain better cooperation from others. The kick-off session begins on December 18 in Clarksburg, WVA and the following 11 sessions are conducted on consecutive Mondays.
