AimNet's Remote Server Management (RSM) service is available today. On a 7x24x365 basis, it offers clients valuable insight into the state of their servers' health; ensures that alarm thresholds are based upon known operating parameters and customer requirements; executes notifications; opens trouble tickets when thresholds are exceeded and outages are detected, and tracks them to closure. It monitors and provides value-added reporting for such mainstream operating system environments as Windows NT, Windows 2000, NetWare, Linux and Unix.
RSM is fully integrated with AimNet's Managed Internetworking Service that provides a powerful set of flexible yet comprehensive end-to-end architecture, design, engineering, implementation and lifecycle network management services for routers, switches and hubs. As such, RSM clients have access to real time and periodic performance reports that are easily accessible through AimNet's web-enabled portal.
