The Xerox Color Qube also boasts an impressive feature set including true mobile printing. The device can print natively from an email attachment in PDF or Microsoft compatible formats. Documents such as spreadsheets and presentations print without losing any of the original formatting. Security is assured as the printing is only initiated when a password is entered into the machine so there is no chance of sensitive material being left on the machine. Mobile printing requires no drivers or special software to be installed so it can be used on any mobile device such as a smart phone or iPad. This flexibility means that workers are free to print wherever they are and are not restricted to working on a PC or other office computer.
