Dallas, Tx - Following were among the companies whose shares were actively traded in Thursday’s session.
Hartford Financial Services (NYSE:HIG) fell 2.59% to $27.84 today it announced that it has priced an offering of 52.253 million shares of its common stock at a price of $27.75 per share. In addition, The Hartford announced it has priced a concurrent offering of 20 million depositary shares, each representing a 1/40th interest in The Hartford's 7.25% Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, Series F at a price of $25 per depositary share.

Copa Holdings, S.A. (NYSE:CPA) slid 1.93% to $57.04 after it announced today the proposed secondary public offering of 1,600,000 of its Class A non-voting shares by selling shareholder Corporacion de Inversiones Aereas, S.A. or CIASA. The underwriter has an over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 240,000 shares from CIASA.

Sandy Spring Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ:SASR) also slid 5.97% to $14.02 on 2.77 million shares after the parent company of Sandy Spring Bank, announced today that it has priced a public offering of 6,500,000 shares of common stock at $13.50 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $87,750,000. The offering was increased from the previously announced offering amount of $83 million.

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:CVGI) went down 2.05% to $6.68 after it announced that it has commenced a public offering of 3,800,000 shares of common stock. The Company will grant the underwriter in the offering an option to purchase up to 570,000 additional shares of common stock at the same price per share to cover any over allotments.

Netlist, Inc. (NASDAQ:NLST) declined 4.30% to $4.23 after today it announced that it intends, to offer up to 3,000,000 shares of its common stock in a registered public offering pursuant to its existing shelf registration statement. Netlist also intends to grant the underwriters an option to purchase additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any, in connection with the offering.
