International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a wholly owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc., announced that it has priced, and entered into an agreement to issue and sell, subject to certain conditions, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 8.625% Senior Notes due 2015 (the 2015 notes) and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 8.75% Senior Notes due 2017 (the 2017 notes and together with the 2015 notes, the notes) in a private placement pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC) declined 0.85% to $30.29 on 33.98 million shares. In the past one year, the stock is up over 75%.
JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) dropped 0.34% to $43.64 on 26.01 million shares. In the past one year, the stock is up over 60%.
