(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 13, 2010 ) Dallas, Tx - Pall Corporation (NYSE:PLL) lost 4.82% to $38.87 on 2.95 million shares after the company reported late Thursday fiscal second-quarter 2009 net income rose to $46.9 million, or 42 cents a share, from $38.9 million, or 33 cents, a year ago. Revenue for the three months ended Jan. 31 rose 3.2% to $560.4 million from $543.3 million.

AnnTaylor Stores Corp. (NYSE:ANN) drops 0.82% to $19.29 on 4.08 million shares. The company on Friday swung to a fourth-quarter profit after it controlled inventory and revamped merchandise to help sell more products at full price. Net income of $41,000 or break even a share, compared with a loss of $375.6 million, or $6.66 a share, in the year-earlier period, when it had restructuring, goodwill and asset write down charges totaling $5.63 a share.
Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA (ADR) (NYSE:GOL) lost 1.59% to $13.64. The company said its board approved the payment of dividends followed by a capital increase in the same amount as the dividends declared. Dividends in the amount of R$185.8 million or R$0.70/share would be paid on April 16, 2010 based on net profits for fiscal year 2009, pursuant to BR GAAP, including deduction of legal reserves and accumulated losses.
