(NYSE:ARO) is the top percentage gainer and jumped 5.50% to $28.50 after it reported that its fourth-quarter net income rose to $96.6 million, or 99 cents a share, up from $68.2 million, or 67 cents a share, in the prior-year period. Revenue increased 16% to $801.2 million.

Led by a big gain in electronics, U.S. retail sales increased a seasonally adjusted 0.3% in February, despite three major snow storms in the East, the Commerce Department estimated Friday. Sales have risen in four of the past five months, and were up 3.9% compared with a year earlier. Most categories of retailers recorded month-over-month increases. Auto and truck sales were an exception, falling 2% compared with January. Excluding autos and trucks, retail sales increased 0.8%. Economists surveyed by MarketWatch were expecting sales to be unchanged, and for sales excluding autos to rise 0.1%.
Macy's, Inc. (NYSE:M) jumped 1.20% to $21.31 on high volume.
The Buckle, Inc. (NYSE:BKE) surged 0.70% to $35.29.
Saks Incorporated (NYSE:SKS) rose 2.75% to $8.20 after Deutsche Bank reiterates a 'Buy' rating on Saks Inc., raises price target from $8 to $10.
J.C. Penney Company, Inc. (NYSE:JCP) is also moving up 0.60% to $30.39.
Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:SHLD) shares gained 1.85% to $103.49.
Kohl's Corporation (NYSE:KSS) rose marginally.
