SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE:SLG) fell 1.65% to $56.18 after UBS downgraded their rating on the company’s share from Buy to Neutral.
CapitalSource, Inc. (NYSE:CSE) was also downgraded by Keefe, Bruyette & Woods from Outperform to Market Perform set a piece target of $6. Shares of CSE are down over 4% to $5.74.
Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE:NLY) fell 1% to $18.09 after JMP Securities downgraded the company’s share from Mkt Outperform to Mkt Perform. Yesterday, also J.P. Morgan downgraded the company’s share from Overweight to Neutral and set a price target of $19.
Hatteras Financial Corp. (NYSE:HTS) fell 1.12% to $26.58 after JMP Securities downgraded the company’s share from Mkt Outperform to Mkt Perform.
