Autogrill SpA announced that, through its subsidiary Nuova Sidap, it has signed an agreement with Esso Italiana, a company of Exxon Mobil Corporation, in order to manage a network of 80 service station in Italy that are currently managed by Se.Stra - Servizi Stradali, a company of the Esso Group. According to the agreement, the service station will expose the brand Esso for the sale of oil products and the brand Autogrill for the sale of non oil products. Further details were not disclosed.
Petroleo Brasileiro SA (ADR) (NYSE:PBR) zoomed 1.50% to $45.43. The stock has a 52-week range of $25.89-$53.46.
Southwestern Energy Company (NYSE:SWN) rallied 4.92% to $44.33. The stock has a 52-week range of $26.82-$52.82. So far in the last six months trade the stock went up over 11%.
