Wynn Resorts, Limited (NASDAQ:WYNN) soared 6.38% and ended the day at $63.54. Today it unveiled a special dividend of $4 a share and plans to pay a quarterly dividend starting next year. The special dividend is expected to cost the casino operator about $492 million. Wynn predicted a dividend for the first quarter of next year of 20 cents a share.


Other casino Movers includes MGM MIRAGE (NYSE:MGM), which rose 7.08% to $10.44 and Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE:BYD) surged 5.97% to $8.17.
