Arbor reported a net loss attributable to Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. for the quarter of $44.1 million, or $1.74 per diluted common share, compared to net income attributable to Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 of $2.6 million, or $0.10 per diluted common share. Funds from operations for the quarter was a loss of $44.0 million, or $1.73 per diluted common share, compared to FFO income for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 of $3.1 million, or $0.12 per diluted common share.
