Activity Sector Adventure Distribution North America
To support future growth, iExplore will assume a central management structure of adventure travel products.
(EMAILWIRE.COM, October 09, 2009 ) CHICAGO, Ill.-Following an internal review TUI Travel PLC Activity Sector is to consolidate its back office systems in its three North American distributors of adventure travel products. To support future growth, iExplore, the number 1 ranked website for adventure and experiential travel and the Adventure Centre, both based in the USA, and Trek Holidays in Canada, will assume a central management structure.
As a result, Dallyce Macas, currently head of Trek Holidays, becomes President and CEO of the combined operations, which are to be known as Adventure Distribution - North America. Dallyce will continue to be based out of Toronto. In addition, Todd McClamroch, currently President and CEO of iExplore, is appointed to the newly created position of Executive Vice President - IT & e-Commerce, and will continue to be based out of Chicago.
