Onsite Service. In many circumstances it may not be practical to bring damaged equipment to our service laboratory. MegabyteMagic technicians are available for scheduled appointments and will travel to the clients’ and customers’ locations.
Shop Service. If the client’s issue is too complicated, MegabyteMagic will accept equipment at its service laboratory, and, in most cases will have it back in 48 hours or less.
