First delving into the world of investment properties a few years ago, Eric Zelik comes from corporate America, bringing with him the tenacity and determination that has provided him with the tools to help cement A+ Neighborhood Homebuyers as a team of young, talent and committed young professionals.

Rehabbing his first property in 2005, Zelik sold the house even before the “for sale” sign had the chance to go up on the lawn. Inspired by his natural ability to generate income in real estate, Zelik received his MBA and continued to renovate homes in the Maryland area. Taking on A+ Neighborhood Homebuyers’ “Rent 2 Own” program, Zelik proves his assets to the company by diving head first into providing opportunities for homeownership to those that might not have otherwise had such an opportunity.

Mike Ragland, a graduate of Morgan State University in Graphic Design and Advertising, brings his years of experience and expertise to A+ Neighborhood Homebuyers. Specifically, his ability to build brand recognition, extensive product marketing and corporate public relations experience, Ragland will serve as an invaluable asset to further establishing A + Neighborhood Homebuyers as a powerhouse within Baltimore’s real estate community.
