Fast forward fifteen years and he is now one of Baltimore’s leading Real Estate educators. Hosting monthly industry meet ups called “The Real Deal Investor” , Cofounder of ‘Aspire America’ - a real estate investment education company, and co host of Baltimore’s 88.9FM and 1010AM’s weekly real estate radio show, Blair still finds time to be a Board Member and Marketing Director of the Baltimore Real Estate Investor Association.

Why is Charles so passionate about the Real Estate Industry?

After leaving school in the ninth grade, Charles struggled to hold down a steady job. Jumping from job to job, including selling Kirby Vacuum cleaners door to door, he was eventually given a step up into the Real Estate industry, when he was taken on by a local Real Estate Investor. Despite being paid only $50 a week, Charles instantly realised this was the job for him. “When I took my first job in Real Estate Investing...I had never been part of anything so exciting before”, states Charles. “I wanted to learn everything about the industry, and eight months later I branched out on my own”.

Now a successful industry leader, and one of the foremost experts in the Baltimore Real Estate Investing fields, he is now making sure that education becomes a leading focus of his time. “I know the big impact real estate has made on my life, and that’s why it’s so important to me to share some of the lessons I’ve learned over my career. My biggest hope is that others will be able to find the excitement and enjoyment in real estate that I’ve found”.

Charles’s commitment to education goes beyond helping others develop their real estate skills. As an Internet Marketing expert, and owner of REI Web Marketing Mastery, Charles spends a large amount of his time speaking at seminars and talking to everyday people, and has educated thousands on the subjects of Real Estate Investing and Internet Marketing, and how they can harness the positive power of the Internet for their business. More specifically to real estate investors, Charles has hosted a variety of seminars teaching them how to use specialized online services and tools to grow the profitability of their business.

One of his many successful students, Aaron Lee and his team made $24,000 on their first wholesale deal as a real estate investor.
