The AZREIA class work is practical and Arizona specific; and, with minor exceptions, is approved for continuing education credit by the Arizona Department of Real Estate. The Beginner's Fast Track to Success is a full day class designed to give the beginning investor a foundation to begin their real estate investing career. This class is available to AZREIA and Phoenix real estate investors club members only.

The AZREIA education mission never stops. Throughout the year, everything from getting started to its advanced simulators, AZREIA facilitates nationally recognized experts in their fields to speak at its National Speaker Seminars on topics that include investment rental properties and getting the most out of your property investment clubs. Workshops are a favorite of AZREIA’s 2000+ members. They provide hands-on training with experts in such areas as buying investment properties, investment property financing and how to find investment properties for sale.

Business Associates and Vendors

To assist its members with building their team and forming their network, AZREIA has a Business Associate membership for business that offers services and products that real estate investors need. Business Associates are invited to join AZREIA based on member referral and satisfactory completion of an evaluation process. Many of its more than 75 Business Associates and vendors offer discounts or special offers to AZREIA members. Business Associates are available to the members at monthly general meetings making it easy for members to build their network. AZREIA Business Associates represent many critical areas for the real estate investor including lending, tile insurance, property insurance, legal, tax/accounting, construction, flooring, handymen, HVAC, financial planning, property inspection, property wholesaling, property exchange, real estate services, and landscaping.

Several local and national companies offer services or products to the AZREIA members at significant discounts. Products and services from these companies include a 2% rebate on all Home Depot items purchased at their retail stores, 11000 items from Home Depot's Supply on-line catalog, paint and supplies from Sherwin Williams and Dunn-Edwards, office supplies from Office Depot, technology products for Tech Depot, books from Dearborn and Nolo, every imaginable of sign from DeskTop Signs, and AVIS rental cars and much more.
