We the shareholders of Petro America Corp. (PTRZ:OTCbb) support Petro America Corp., “The People’s Company”, and CEO Owen Hawkins.
We are also requesting that the President stop the SEC arbitrary, capricious, and abuse of discretion against our company and shareholders under section 12 (K) (3) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the termination of emergency actions by the President. The President may direct that action taken by the SEC Commission under paragraph (1) (B) or paragraph (2) of this emergency order shall not continue in effect.
Petro America allows for the everyday Americans not to just suffer the brunt of Wall Street, but become players and beneficiaries. This is a tear shed moment for small time investors, church goers, retirees, and citizens who are the fabric of what has made this nation great. Many of the first shareholders are now serving as CEO’s and presidents of the Corporations divisions and subdivisions in a melting and pessimistic economy. Petro America Corp.’s goal is to create thousands of jobs and opportunities for financial security for countless citizens. Then in a monumental landmark for the Corporation, it had finally reached its goal of trading publicly and its shares had reached a respectful $1.50 per share, further validating its purpose and intent. However, the excitement for Petro America Corp’s shareholders became short lived when the Securities and Exchange Commission ordered that Kansas City based Petro America Corp shares traded publicly to be stopped.
Petro America within two years has purchased a multimillion dollar underground storage facility firm, is in the process of acquiring one hundred million dollars in real estate, and has also acquired oil and gas mineral rights, and interests in gold mines. In the words of our CEO, Owen Hawkins, “Great Nations thrive on the achievements of our citizenry”.
