Personal Development Centers of Delray Beach Florida, an organization designed to support individual growth, goal setting and the building of personal power, is offering their premier 30 hour weekend seminar, “TLC-The Living Course,” free to individuals who have been victimized by this awful situation and seeking ways to move forward from this tragedy.
