On December 4, 2008, Dean will make the first public announcement regarding the release of author Amelia Painter's newest book. The author joins innkeepers Mary Nichols and Donna Muilenburg to treat the "Talk of the Town" host to dishes made from and included in Painter's new cookbook, Discover Iowa: Cooking with Iowa wines, meats and other Iowa products.

Starting with a great breakfast or brunch recipe, Donna Muilenburg, innkeeper and owner of the Okoboji Country Inn, demonstrates how to prepare her Brunch Casserole.

Then, Mary Nichols, innkeeper and owner of the Hannah Marie Country Inn, shows viewers how to prepare her Baked Stuffed Chicken Breasts.

The new cookbook will be available for sale on Amazon.com in early December, 2008.
