According to the company, the conversion was effected as part of the settlement of the derivative actions arising out of the company's historic stock option grant practices. … Monster Worldwide also recently transferred to the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “MWW” from its previous listing at Nasdaq. The company joined the NYSE as the fifth transfer from Nasdaq this year.”

The company also posted profits before one-time items of 15 cents per share, in line with the Street and consistent with its guidance of 14 cents to15 cents per share. … ValueClick also cut its full-year guidance. It now sees revenue of $633 million to $638 million, with earnings per share of 55 cents to 56 cents per share, down from $655 million to $675 million and 69 cents to 71 cents per share.”
