George Gammon House representative to discuss the restoration of the famous Underground Railroad and how the owners of the house built secret passages.

Black abolitionist George Gammon was a black freeman that built a tunnel in the basement and secret passages around the house located at 620 Piqua Place in Springfield, Ohio. The home was a popular Underground Railroad stop. The home is now being restored and will open as a museum in late 2009.
The West Las Vegas Library is a gathering place for the community. It features the African American Special Collection consisting of specialized materials by and about African Americans, and the Library District's first dedicated Homework Help Center.
