Upscale Okoboji Gift Shop Invites Public to Holiday Open House
The Wash House gift shop in West Okoboji, Iowa, to host it’s annual Holiday Open House December 5-6, 2008. Public is invited.
(EMAILWIRE.COM, November 19, 2008 ) West Okoboji, IA -- The ladies at upscale gift shop, The Wash House, invite you to get in a festive mood and join them at their annual Holiday Open House. This will be their 30th annual Holiday Open House.
When: Friday and Saturday December 5th and 6th.
Where: 1712 Terrace Park Blvd, West Okoboji, IA
The Wash House first opened the doors in July of 1978 in the renovated old wash house on Earl and Donna Muilenburg’s family farm near Hartley, Iowa. Many changes have taken place over the last 30 years. The biggest change came when the store location moved to the Iowa Great Lakes area. The final relocation came in 1998 when the historic 1908 Milford Hospital was moved and remodeled into three floors of the gift shop and the delightful Annabelle’s Tea Room was added to the business.
The gift shop has kept it's unique look over the years. The shop features one-of-a-kind floral arrangements designed in-house as well as home decor.
