Ms. Weston has completed the Coaches Training Institute’s core curriculum coach training and their intensive certification program. The Coaches Training Institute is one of the most renowned coach training schools in the world and is accredited by the International Coaches Federation, where Ms. Weston will now be eligible for the ACC designation. Ms. Weston has been thoroughly trained and certified in the co-active coaching model, a powerful alliance designed to forward and enhance the process of learning, effectiveness, and fulfillment. Coach and client are active collaborators and form an alliance between two equals for the purpose of meeting the client’s needs and goals. Loren Weston is currently in private practice in Marblehead as ‘L2 Personal and Professional Coaching.’ She is committed to clients who want to see positive change, growth, and movement in their lives and careers.
