Khoa is the Managing Broker of the Crye-Leike Duluth Headquarters office offering Atlanta, Georgia real estate services.

Since 2000 Khoa has been a licensed Realtor in Georgia assisting buyers and sellers of Atlanta Homes in and around Gwinnett, North Fulton, Forsyth, Jackson and Dekab counties. Khoa specializes in all types of residential and commercial real estate sales. He transferred his Real Estate License to Crye-Leike, REALTORS in March 2008 from Re/Max where he worked as an Associate Broker for five years.

The AREAA Greater Atlanta Chapter is hosting an Inaugural Gala on Thursday, August 28, 2008 at the Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center, 246 Perimeter Center Parkway NE. The event gets underway at 7:00pm with a cocktail hour beginning at 6:15pm. Khoa encourages his Atlanta real estate agent colleagues and other real estate professionals to join him in the celebration of homeownership.

Khoa is a member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors (NAMAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, REALTORS Institute (GRI) and a Lifetime Million Dollar Club Member.

As a fluent speaker of both the English and Vietnamese languages, Khoa is a bi-lingual member of the community. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1988 with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.

Khoa is a U.S. Armed Forces Veteran having served as an officer in the U.S. Navy and is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm. He enjoys volunteering for Habitat For Humanity in the North Central Georgia area around Fulton County.
