USHCC PLANS CONVENTION AND EXPO IN SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA
THE UNITED STATES HISPANIC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IS PLANNING IT'S ANNUAL CONVENTION AND EXPO SEPTEMBER IN SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA. This is the largest gathering of Hispanic business owners in the nation.
(EMAILWIRE.COM, July 22, 2008 ) Sacramento, CA - The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) will be conducting its 29th Annual National Convention & Business Expo September 24-27, 2008 in Sacramento, CA. Over the span of four days, the USHCC will be host to the largest gathering of Hispanic business owners in the nation, offering a variety of workshops, chamber training and business sessions focused on: building business relationships; and, creating procurement opportunities for participants from all industries. The four-day event will be held at the Sacramento Convention Center.
This year’s theme, “Tapping into a New Age of Commerce” best summarizes the USHCC’s unique initiatives to promote procurement, Latina leadership, and advocacy.
The mission of the USHCC is to actively promote the economic growth and development of Hispanic entrepreneurs and the interests of more than 2.5 million Hispanic-owned businesses in the United States.
As advocates for the Hispanic business community, the theme at this year’s convention is meant to inform and encourage the Hispanic business community to tap into the “green” way of doing business.
This year’s convention will continue to promote best practices on creating wealth, accessing procurement opportunities, and securing and sustaining long-term business growth while adding an environmental bend to the way of doing business.
