Battle of the Bands site InfamousBands.com prepares for Beta launch

InfamousBands.com, a social networking site offering a $5,000 Battle of the Bands, is preparing for its Beta launch later this summer. Early registrants will be given a free premium membership for helping to beta test the site.

The $5,000 Battle of the Bands is open to any musician or band worldwide. The format of the site and the song competition will be very similar to the Guitar Solo Contest at InfamousGuitar.com. Each month, fans will vote on the top 3 songs on the site to determine the month's finalists, who will then be judged by Infamous Publishing staff and select professional musicians and celebrity judges.

The monthly winner will receive $100 and an entry into the Annual Finals, where $5,000 in cash and prizes will be offered to the band or musician that recorded the winning song.

Bands and musicians are encouraged to register early for a free Premium Membership, as Premium members will be entitled to upload additional songs into the monthly competitions, as well as have member-only access to other features on the site.

InfamousBands.com is owned and operated by Infamous Publishing, creators of InfamousGuitar.com. InfamousGuitar.com and InfamousBands.com are social media sites for musicians.
