Greater Memphis 2007 Sales in West Tennessee Region Reach $2 Billion

Based on MLS statistics, January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007, in Greater Memphis the real estate company achieved sales of $2-billion, more than its six closest competitors combined. • In Arlington-Lakeland in 2007, Crye-Leike, REALTORS is #1, solidly beating its competition in the community with a sales volume of more than $84-million and 310 homes sold for the year.
• In Bartlett, MLS statistics in 2007 show the company is #1 selling 596 units, more than double its three closest competitors combined with a sales volume of more than $121-million.
• In Collierville in 2007, MLS statistics show Crye-Leike, Realtors maintains its #1 position over it's nearest competitor in the region by selling 330 homes for the year.
• In Cordova/Eads, Crye-Leike remains #1 achieving a sales volume of nearly $171-million and nearly 1,000 homes sold, outperforming its five closest competitors combined.
• In East Memphis, the company is #1 with more than $181-million in sales and more than 1,000 homes sold, outselling its six closest competitors in the area.
• In Fayette County in 2007, Crye-Leike remains #1 over it's six closest competitors with 322 homes sold and a sales volume in excess of $82-million.
• In Frayser, MLS statistics show the company is #1 with 264 homes sold and more than $10-million in sales volume in 2007 exceeded the sales of its six closest competitors in the market combined.
• In Germantown, Crye-Leike remains #1 with 493 homes sold and a sales volume of $189-million, which is greater than it's six closest competitors combined.
• In Midtown in 2007, Crye-Leike, REALTORS is #1 with more than $78-million in sales volume and 551 homes sold.
• In North Mississippi, MLS statistics show Crye-Leike remains #1 with 1,426 homes sold and more than $251-million in sales volume
• In Raleigh, MLS statistics show the company is #1 with 338 homes sold and more than $31-million in sales volume in 2007, exceeding the sales of the six closest competitors in the area combined.
• In Southeast Memphis, the company is #1 with nearly $100-million in sales and more than 800 homes sold.
• In Whitehaven in 2007, Crye-Leike, REALTORS is #1, solidly beating its nearest competitors in the community with a sales volume of more than $20-million and 268 homes sold for the year

In 2008 Crye-Leike, REALTORS is projecting sales to meet or exceed $6-Billion company wide.
