The programs are completely and fully funded through private resources to promote business and technology education to today’s Future Business Leaders.
This Series will introduce students to knowledge and skills through the eyes of today’s corporate leaders from organizations such as IBM, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, and General Motors. The corporate leaders are interviewed by host, Alexander Haig, retired Four-Star General, U.S. Secretary of State under President Ronald Reagan and White House Chief of Staff under Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford.
This stimulating series will offer students engaging and challenging opportunities that will prepare them to pursue their interests. For instructors, using the curriculum will offer innovative approaches to inquiry- and project-based teaching and learning. Many instructors have watched their classroom come alive with student interest, exchange of dialogue and business acumen by utilizing this curriculum.
To help instructors implement the curriculum, TATE has developed easy-to-use companion guides which include:
• DVD of the Interview: The half-hour program provides a forum for the world’s leading executives to share their expertise and a showcase for their exciting new technologies.
• Instructor’s Guide The instructor’s guide includes an overview of each module and a list of the course objectives. A fully comprehensive lesson plan is included which comprises of segment objectives, key points, content summary, review questions and facilitator’s notes.
• Student Workbooks Each student workbook is designed to be used with the video programs to support and enhance learning. Each student handbooks is organized with instructional objectives, content summary, review questions and individual activities.

TATE has carefully worked to ensure that the modules were user-friendly for instructors and students alike.
