SANYO Supports Oregon’s Residential Tax Credit Program for Ductless Heat Pumps by Offering Additional Factory Sponsored Training Classes to Meet Installer Requirements
The state of Oregon is offering a tax credit of up to $400 for inverter model ductless mini-split heat pumps. There are no HSPF, SEER or EER requirements. These models will put out at least 50% of their rated capacity at 17°F and some models are rated to
(EMAILWIRE.COM, January 14, 2008 ) SANYO HVAC will support this program by scheduling additional installation and trouble shooting classes for our technicians in Oregon. We are working in conjunction with our local authorized wholesalers, TRANE and United Refrigeration, and their western regional managers to develop course materials and a training schedule.
Inverter ductless mini-split heat pumps offer simplified installation, quiet outdoor operation, individual and separate room temperature control, and efficient heating and cooling. Because the heated or cooled air is delivered directly to individual rooms, they are 15% to 20% more efficient than traditional systems.
