In addition to the increased communication, we have also added a number of great HVAC team members in both sales and service roles, to help better support our products and customers. This year, we also launched the HVAC Applied Products Division, which focuses on the ECO-i family of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) products. This new division was established to provide a more specific sales and engineering support structure for commercial HVAC applications. As an investment in quality and a commitment to training, we are also very excited to have just opened a 6,200 square foot training facility in Kennesaw, Georgia dedicated to resources for our sales agencies, the engineering community, and HVAC contractors.

Our Think Gaia, Think Green global initiative continues to be a leader in innovation for ecological solutions to heating and cooling. As the first company ever to develop a ductless split air conditioner, we are always looking toward the future to shape and improve the present. With the great success of our space saving, energy efficient and cost effective Eco-I systems, we continue to raise the bar with more choices in style, higher efficiency (with some ductless models up to 20 SEER), and multi-zone temperature control to the point at which each unit can really be molded to the individual’s specific needs.
