He is a young man who knows the value of home ownership. He purchased the home he grew up in and has dreams of converting to it to transition home for those in need. Mean while Stephen has researched Section-8 federally funded housing program finding out that tenants with section -8 vouchers can now purchase homes. Young Mr. Mason has teamed up with a local real estate investors club and real estate company. He directs buyers (Section -8 tenants) to real estate companies and clubs, so buyers can achieve the American dream of home ownership.

When ask about he plans, he said “Now is the time to buy, the cost of homes are down. People can own a home, in some cases for less then what they are paying for rent. My parents have taught me the one of the most valuable assets you can have a home. My goal is get a real estate license, find buyers homes below market value while funding my ultimate goal. That goal is to find either large scale "OR" small scale potential worldwide investors and link them to some of the investor's in different parts of Africa including Ghana, Tanzania, and Ethiopia. I work with a number of successful hotel owners, teachers, resort owners, contractors, as well as a University in Ghana for land development. My Mother is taught school in Africa, and I was fortunate to meet some great people and plan to work on joint ventures with them.”

Ralph Maupin, College instructor, said “Stephen Mason is in his last year of getting his A. S. of Arts in Business Administration from Wayne County Community College and then plans to go on to University of Detroit. Stephen is a young on a mission for Detroit and World.”
