$100 Trade-In Rebate On Addmaster's IJ6000 Printer

(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 02, 2001 ) The $100 rebate program being offered by Addmaster Corp. on the trade-in of an impact printer for the purchase of a new IJ6000 printer is available only until March 31, 2001. Addmaster, a worldwide manufacturer of inkjet receipt and validation printers for the financial industry, believes financial institutions will want to upgrade to the new product because of its superior output and minimal resource consumption. Its price and performance make it very competitive with impact printers.

The rebate is being offered to customers who trade in their current dot matrix impact printer(s). To qualify for the rebate, a customer needs to place an order for the IJ6000 by March 31 with delivery prior to April 30, 2001.

Addmaster's IJ6000 uses Hewlett-Packard's new C6602A print cartridge which eliminates faded receipts, increases the printer's speed and efficiency while improving optical density. The IJ6000 has the smallest footprint in the industry at only 6.5" wide and lowers consumable costs up to 80 percent. The printer also uses 90 percent less power than a comparable impact dot matrix printer.

Vice President of Addmaster Hugh Clary said, "We introduced this rebate in December 2000 and thus far we have accepted more than 1,000 orders. We developed this program to show our customers and prospects that the IJ6000 is the best receipt printer of its kind on the market. It is faster, quieter and more reliable than a dot matrix. We believe $100 is a substantial incentive to upgrade to a better technology for issuing bank receipts."
